It depends on what you mean by 'running away' precisely. If it's actual physical or emotionally running away from some thing or some one, I'd suggest sitting for a moment to reflect upon what you're running from, why, and try to sort it out within your own mind. I don't think this is medical, but if you think you need help of a counselor or therapist (if it's trauma, depression, etc.) -- get help immediately.

Likely not medical, likely psychological.
Is there abuse at home...running away is easy to understand...get help from the police.
Is there social problems at home? poverty, lifestyle unlike the rest of the community? ...talk to a community counselor
Is there a psychological issue with the runaway? simpler things like Sibling rivalry, serious issues like schyzophrenia or paranoia,...see the doctor.

I don't think there is a medical diagnosis for this, but running away usually happens to people who have anxiety or panic...Good luck and God Bless

is it a juvenile deliquent....or you are plain unhappy wherever you are...it is dangerous to run away from your family you can get hurt by the crazies in this world...
