I'm sure it wouldn't be only for Muslim women but for all women who feel uncomfortable in a bathing suit in front of other men.

I think that no one really gives a rat's behind. There are public family beaches, nude beaches, male only beaches, female only beaches, male only nude beaches, female only nude beaches, no one is allowed at all beaches, night time only beaches, daytime only beaches, no swimming beaches, dog beaches, and every other type of beach you can think of. (Do you really think that there's a group of lesbians somewhere just lying in wait for a beach to open that caters to all muslim women only?)
