I was hungry and they were just so yummy and there was a big case of them sitting on my desk they are the nature valley sweet &salty nut peanut ones.. have you tried these? they're great...

I have tried the peanut ones but did not really like them..
you just ate 1700 calories for the day watch out ..
especially if u are diabetic those carbs will get u.

You had better get some mild form of laxative. Those things have high fat and nuts are a natural bulk. You will have trouble for a little bit. GL

if you are sick, have diseases, are overweight, & so forth, you will not feel good. if you have had practice with eating contests, if you are very active, if you are very muscular, it should be fine. i think one day i ate like 4 granola bars in a row. i was running high school cross country, & i weighed 125lb. if you are heavier & leaner than i was, you should be fine.

geez....you must have liked them. Control yourself next time and actually taste your food the first time you eat it...then you wont have to gobble it down and forget you did. Don't worry it won't run away. You will be okay, just don't do that again!
