I work overnight I wake up at 5:00pm clean and get ready for work to be at work at 10:00pm I eat at about 2:30am and I get off at 6:30am that is on Moday's, Tuesday's, and Thursdays on Saturday's and Sunday's I work 6:00pm to 2:30am so I eat around 5:00pm. On Wednesdays and Fridays I am off so I don't sleep all day but around 6:00-7:00pm I eat. I only eat once a day because I am hardly hungry why am I like that? And then right when I think that I am hungry I don't get a hungry feeling I feel sick And then why after almost every meal I feel as though I am going to throw up. Even though I don't. It has gotten to the point where I don't like to eat sometimes.

I would say your schedule is throwing your whole system off a bit. You sleep and eat at different times each day, so your body is having a difficult time adjusting to your schedule. If it isn't possible to regulate your work schedule more, then at least try to regulate your eating schedule. Try to eat your evening meal around the same time each day and then have just a snack late in the evening when you work. Eat breakfast before you go to bed after work in the mornings. If your schedule doesn't seem to be the problem, then definitely see your doctor.

Stress will do that, especially stress of working a changing shift like yours. Your body starts to get used to Saturday and Sunday, then Monday and Tuesday and Thursday throw it off on the later shift. The split days off, when you're not following either schedule, throw your body off stride yet again. I know it's a pain to live the same hours you work on a night job, but it can help a lot with the hunger/nausea thing if you sleep late on Wednesday and use Friday to shift between the Thursday and Saturday schedules. It will also help to prevent burnout in the longer term.

Just 'cause you're working vampire hours doesn't mean you have to end up feeling like living dead.

It's your body's clock. Because you work at night, your body's clock is messed up about when to eat and sleep. At 2:30 a.m., your body thinks it should be sleeping instead of eating, so you feel nauseous. When I was a kid, we had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to work in the fields and I always felt nauseous eating that early in the morning.
