Would you like to see it legalized if it is not presently legal?

prettyinpunkk, (friendly)FYI, the Federal constitution is suppose to protect the state constitutions, it's not the other way around. The Constitution was set up so that there is a Federal Constitution (for the purposes of protecting the states' contitution and the states' contitution is (suppose) to be more liberal than the federal constitution to ensure our liberty and freedom and rights. But I can understand how many people are confused with how that works, especially because it's not being used the way it was intended to be used.

kinda....i can carry one ounce on me with out a doctors note...up to 2 ouncecs requires a note...if there is no note...you get busted...i live in colorado

It is illegal in Georgia, and I think it is in all 50 states. Yes I think it needs to be made legal everywhere!!! Drinking alcohol is worse on the body and kills more than weed does. I think that making it legal would allow the cops to start focusing on real crime and not something that is not hurting anyone else. MAKE IT LEGAL!!!!!

it's against federal law, so it isn't legal in any state. i think it should stay that way. you are the hemp princess? seriously, grow up. i can't believe you care that much about weed to name yourself on yahoo about it. you HAVE to have some other interests in life besides that. if you are out of high school, it's time to grow up and start finding some other interests besides illegal drug use.

im live here in the philippines... marijuana is illegal here in our country...! many bad things (crimes, rapes, kidnapping etc.) will happen if the government will legalize it....
a person must not take this kind of drug... he or she might become a psychotic person someday..!

It's not legal in any state... in some states they have a max amount before you are prosecuted... but it's still illegal....
