looking for road signs that say drive safley, for my daughter that I lost in an auto accident.?

the signs is a circle, it's white, and says drive safley. would i go to the dmv for this?

You need to request that the City put one up. You ask for the traffic or public works department. They may make you pay for it, but they'll tell you where you can get one. There are lots of different sign companies. The only one I can think of that's large and may be where you live is "United Rentals Highway Technologies". Still you'd have to go through the City, as its their property.
