I mean, sometimes I see cars pulling up to a space and just stopping when they could drive to the one right across from it, eliminating the need to back out when they leave. It just doesn't make sense to me.
I always pull through if I can, because it is safer than having to back out when you leave. Who else wonders about the people who don't take advantage of a pull through space?

Ok, I didn't know it was illegal to pull through!! Especially if no one's around! I'll have to look that up.
Also, I there's hardly any angled parking where I live, and most parking lots are wide enough that you can drive in both directions between the rows (it's not one-way).

I swear I want to ram into them to push them through it - yes I do and one day I might.

If the spaces are angled, then you're not meant to drive out the other side because you would be going the wrong way when you pull out. When it's an angled parking spot, it's easy to pull in and pull out just by turning 45 degrees. If you tried to drive out the other side you would either be going the wrong way or you would have to turn 135 degrees to go the right direction.

It depends on how the lines are drawn. If they are straight, I go ahead and pull through. If they are slanted, like most are, it makes it more difficult to pull out frontwards, as you will either be going against the flow of the traffic as you pull out, or you will have to make an awkward V-turn in order to go with the flow of traffic.
When the lines are slanted, it's just easier, and safer in my opinion, to park and then back out to leave.

Technically its illegal. If you're driving into that space you're also driving in the opposite direction of traffic. An oncoming car has the right of way to that space before you do. So what you're doing, while logical, is illegal because the opposite lane has the right to that space.

I don't know some people just don't think about that. They're too busy being focused on the destination, whether it be the grocery store or a restaurant or something, that they don't think about the parking. They see a spot "Oooh, here we are, let's go!", get out ASAP, and leave without a backwards glance.

Because they do not see it. People choose what they want to see sometimes.
