because someone might call me a pig or mooo at me.and at school when i'm eating my lucnh ppl tell me to share or they yell out thunder thies thunder thies!!how can i lose weight?i can't help myself from being Extremly Obesse! please help before i eat the computer too.

Okay, sweetheart- first of all,if a friend invites you over to their house, it's because they enjoy your company-chances are they are not gonna judge you!! If you're a little concerned about over-eating when you're there, have a snack to tide you over before your visit.Second of all, people can be very, very cruel and judgemental.I have had to deal with it my whole life, so I know!!But most of these people suffer from self eseem issues, too, so that's why they make fun of other people.Is it excusable?Absolutely not.Do I feel sorry for them? Slightly, but then again a lot of people have insecurities and don't take them out on others, so I usually tend to despise people like that.So what I'm basically saying to you, is that I know it's very hard, but try not to let other people's comments get to you because they're losers who seriously need to get lives and leave people alone. Third of all, losing weight is definitely very challenging, but I think you can do it.Do it for yourself, though, not other people, cuz that's the only way that it will ever work for ya-trust me on this one, I know. And a doctor is the best one who can put you on a healthy diet and excercise plan- Good luck to you and very best wishes!!!!

You make things worse by saying that you'd eat the computer! I think of you as just another Human being that loves food, just like me!

If you feel weird to eat at other folk's houses, eat before going and then eat light when there.

I don't think that you're such the Monster that you say that you are!!

If you want to lose some weight, you will!!

I recently lost a friend that was 635lbs.! I'm Not a person to judge you!

I miss this gentle giant!!

Whatever you do never even think of becoming anorexic, that will be way worse than anything else. If you want to lose more weight don't go on a crazy diet like: One meal a day or only fruits because that will only hurt your body more, by not giving the nutrition it needs. Also don't just not eat period, because then the next you do eat, your body will take ALL of the nutrients in that item of food, even if its bad. So maybe just not eat wheat products (bread, rice and etc.) as much, maybe change from bread to whole wheat cereal in the morning, and maybe eat a light salad with a few strips of chicken for lunch to make sure you get veggies and meats, and perhaps if you still hungry some fruits to fill up after, and for dinner some soup with a bit of home cook meal. Just remember don't starve, but don't fill yourself to the brim, just about 3/4th the way there. Stay away from too much junk food, it's like very very slow suicide, you can get diabetes from too much sugar intake

Obesity is often caused by genetics and has little to do with what or how much you eat. If you are cursed with the "fat gene", you have to work harder than others to control your weight, but your doctor can help. You may need medication to control your thyroid, or he/she can offer suggestions for reducing your weight. It's not easy, and people can be so cruel. I would think, however, that if someone invites you over for dinner, they would be considered a friend and wouldn't be so mean as to call you names or moooo at you.

It's just not fair that some people are born with a metabolism that allows them to eat whatever they want and not gain an ounce, and some of us can just look at food and gain five pounds!

You can control it - and you're obviously young if you're still in school - do it now, so you can enjoy your adult years! Trust me - it's harder as you get older!!!

just rember to eat fruits,vegables,lean meats,and you can eat bread but make shure it is weat.Also when you have any kind of meat try grilling it or baking it and dont fry meat. Just belive in your self that you can do any thing you put your mind to.But try to excrise like 20 min's a day. I know this will work because i was
190 but now im 155. It might take a little while but the weight will
come off.

if you are worried about eating too much at someone else's house, eat a little at home before you go so you will be less likely to eat a lot there. to lose weight eat a healthy diet and exercise. If you have a food addiction find a chapter of OA (over-eaters anonymous)

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

listen its your body not anyone elses also if someone calls you a pig or moo at you that is considered a bullying if you want to lose weight just disipline yourself on your eating habits and excercise more, also if you wanted too consult a doctor about your problem go ahead. here is a home remendy drink a tablespoon of viniger before each meal and it will speed your matablisim to burn those extra calories, also if you don't lose weight it could cause major health problems in the future.

Try to eat fruit and veggies walk a little and don't give a **ck about what people say or think about you! Eat before you go visit someone that will ease the temptation.
