Will teachers keep spy inside and outside the school to watch what the boys and girls are doing?

I had heard that the teachers working in our are making so many spy what the girls and boys are doing inside and outside? the spys take this as an opportunity and proposes to girls , they also advise girls not to go out for their friends houses. this is an unwanted thing for the teachers to do, this affects us pshycologically.

(many) students are buying and selling drugs on school grounds, carrying weapons into the school, sexually assaulting the girls, smoking marijuana and crack cocaine on school grounds...And the list goes on. Everything except paying attention in class and being taught.

Do they need to be watched and monitored?

They're NOT teachers.....they're alien zombies from Mars...who have worked out a deal with Bill Clinton when he was President to spy on high school kids on what they were doing out and in class.
