Graphics card?

I'm looking for a PCI graphics card by GeForce under $40.00. I have a dell dimension 3000 with no AGP slot (how frustrating), and i was thinking of a 5200 but then i heard that it does not fit! Please tell me of a Graphics card that can run the sims 2 and matches my specifications.

There actually is a FX 5200 that should fit. It's acutally 44.99, but it is a PCI FX 5200 that should work in your system. Note this is a 128MB card, you may need more.

And it has a DVI and S-Video out, but no VGA port (which is what most monitors use). If you don't have a monitor that will accept a DVI connection, you can buy a DVI to VGA adapter.
