As long as it is done as painlessly as practical, then any method is fine.
A few scriptures suggest that the blood should be drained from the meat before eating (Genesis 9:1-4; Acts 15:29).
Most of us just buy it from the store (1 Corinthians 10:25-31).

It's described in detail in Deuteronomy - several times, in fact.
However, most Christians today simply buy meat from cows that have been slaughtered by captive bolt - a technology unknown in Moses' time.

Why don't you visit an Amish farm? You could probably learn a lot of things about life and Christianity there.

The true Christian way is to have an illegal immigrant do it, process it, wrap it and stock it on the shelf.

The Judeo-Christian religion has nothing against killing cattle. (Nor do they have an issue killing non-Judeo-Christian followers!)
