Might be a bit unconventional but why don't you try asking him? If he wants you to know something he'll tell you. If he has secrets then they are secrets for a reason. The longer you go out together, the more he will reveal about his past. Trust is a big issue in revealing your past. I was a heroin addict (been clean 9 yrs), I sold drugs, I had sex with people for drugs or alcohol, I have Hepatitis C, and many other secrets. These are not things i am going to reveal when I've just met someone - only when I feel I can trust them will I tell all. And probably not all at once either. (I'd NEVER sleep with anyone without telling them 1st that I have Hep C tho!)
On the other hand, if you & your man have been going out for quite a while and he still hasn't revealed anything about his past, then perhaps try to find out why he won't. Is he scared that you will leave, is he scared that you will judge him for past mistakes, does he not trust you etc? You really need to know why he won't tell you rather than actually getting the information. I personally wouldn't trust someone who went around trying to dig up dirt on me by questioning my friends and family, going to the police etc - that's sneaky, i reckon, and reinforces the fact that he can't trust you. Let him know that you understand he is going to have things in his past that he is wanting to keep to himself but you are there if he needs to talk about them and you won't judge him. (unless he's hiding things like he's a kiddy-toucher, rapist etc..!) Maybe you could reveal secrets together. Show him that you are willing to give him the trust to share your past and maybe that will encourage him to do the same. Best of luck hunny and I hope everything turns out well! :) xox

Here where I live at there is a web site www.oscn.net that you can go to and it has their court record/records right there. It is kind of tricky getting to where you want to go. I have helped several people out with this, talking them threw the steps on how to get to where they need to go to find out about someone. It is free, that is the best part. If you can get it to come up and need help with it, let me know and I will be glad to help you out as much as I can.

If you put your city and state you may get an answer that will help. Where I live in Rhode Island I go to the Rhode Island Judiciary Court and all that information is there for everyone to see. I don't know if all states do it but maybe yours does and someone in your state may be able to guide you to that website if they knew your state name.

i check out my guys past by the internet. Find out what counties he's lived in or counties he's hanged out in. Most big counties have it where you can search online to see if he has a record. It might cost you to get the details, but just to find out what he was convicted on or put in jail for that's for free. Good luck!
