My brother is in Longbay, Sydney, Australia & he really wants someone to write to him. Any ideas about how to set this up for him?

Fair enough Clyde, but if a perverted old man raped you at the age of 16 then tried it again when you were 26, would you do nothing? The law doesn't always help those in situations like this, especially when the dirty old man is well known & mates with judges, lawyers & mayors. Don't be so judgemental, not all of us have a cushy life.
