would the government get if they taxed churches? the preacher doesn't need A new Cadilac. that pothole in my street needs fixed

get your laze butt out there and fix it,
churches have to pay bill too,and some preachers work for aliving just like everyone else,my preacher doesn't drive a Cadillac
he drive a s10 Chevy pickup,and some preacher stay at rest homes and hospitals all day holding the hands of the sick,and dying,and comforting the families,try doing that 6 days a week ,
does the words,use your head,have some common sense,mean anything to you?

Actually many churches today pay taxes. Getting and maintaining a tax exempt status has become increasingly difficult, and many churches are just as happy to render unto Caesar as any other tax payer.

I think the televangelists should be taxed! Green prayer cloth my [insert buttocks synonym here]! Those guys are taking advantage of gullible people and the government. To me, that should be a jail-able offense!

That's their CALLING money money money. They don't slip and do something wrong they just get caught. The government is so crooked they allow all this to keep everyones eyes off of them.

Most definitely they need to be taxed. The tax break was given to them to feed the poor....ain't happening. It is big business!!!!!
