i am having the same problem you are having and just on day if your hanging out with her alone talk to her about it and if her friends dont like u becuase your not as cool as them or dont smoke pot then mabey thats just not the girl for u and u can have friends that smoke pot and u dont have 2 smoke it just walk away while there doing it thats what i do. Hope things turn out for the better. P.S. if she wont listen to u then write her a letter it may be childish but that may be the only way to talk to her about it

I say don't blow off the friendship you have. You both have put a lot of time and energy into it, and it sounds like you are compatible one on one.
You can be friends with someone without being friends with her friends. Her friends sound shallow (and so does your friend. . .a little).
Do tell her--don't just try, but DO--tell her you don't appreciate being blown off by her in the middle of a conversation. Her friends can wait a couple of minutes while you wind things up. She might get a little huffy, but she'll respect you more when you demand that she treat you with respect.

It's what you call "peer pressure" Maybe you should try to talk to her again about it. If she still does the same thing again, then maybe she's not ready to show her friends that she really likes you. Which would mean you should move on and find someone who is not easily pressured and who knows what she wants.

Yeah it's pressure. I know how you feel. I'm not popular at all. That's why I try to stay away from the popular ones. Pressure ruins everything sometimes.

If someone acts differently around just you and a another way around everyone else then they are playing you and not being themselves. Maybe she is scared to be her REAL self around someone who means alot to her but she might just be using you

Forget her man! Don't take that kind of treatment from any girl. I don't know why she talks to you to begin with, but she's not worth your time or energy. There are just too many other girls to put up with that nonsense. Good luck!

Hey,
My name is Justine. Here is my advice. If the girl really likes you for you she should be able to talk to you with or without her friends. If you want her to know you like her you should tell her. Girls like it when guys aren't that shy. That is my best advice.

there's a lot of fish in the pond. it seems like you're havin problem with her already, and she's not even your girl yet. but if you think you can't live without her, get used to it.
