I've had braces for about a year now, so it's not like I don't know how to brush my teeth or anything. But I was just wondering if anyone has extra tips to keep them shiny-clean? What's it like to kiss someone with braces anyways?

A water pick does good to get plack and nasty food out of your teeth and between your teeth and braces and stuff. I also put some crest whitenight and it helps keep it whiter. For kissing a person with braces, I have no clue. Hope this helps any! ;)

A water pik or a proxabrush does marvels at getting the gunk out from between the braces.

avoid colas or sauces that could discolor your braces.
