Uhh, obviously when you cook your hair and dye it, it isn't healthy for it. Greasing it up isn't gonna help. You really need to stop torturing your poor scalp and just let your hair grow naturally, I'm sure your scalp and hair will be grateful.

Once your hair is damaged, it can't be 'conditioned' into being much better.

The only thing I have found is called 4X4 it's found at Sally's beauty supply.

It won't magically fix your hair issues, nothing will, but it will help a little.

Next time you are going to do any coloring or process to your hair put the 4X4 on FIRST then color or whatever.. it will prevent further damage.

Don't process your hair... give it a break. (no pun intended)
Trim your hair every few weeks until you have removed the bulk of the damage.

Humans will lose 200 to 300 hairs a day.

In extreme cases with excessive hair loss and baldness there is a disease called
Alopecia (baldness) or
Alopecia Areata (baldness in spots).

You answered your own question. It is because it is fried. You have overdyed your hair. Dying your hair is damaging and if you have 20 different colors on it all at once, it was just too many chemicals. Nothing you eat is going to help.
You will probably need to call a stylist and have them strip all the color off your hair. Then leave it natural for a while. It should start growing back fairly quickly.

You didn't say weather you lightened or darkened your hair. Bleaching it damages it, but dying it darker does not. Typically, you lose about 100 strands a day. Have you talked to your stylist? Maybe it is time to switch shampoos. I recently tried a new shampoo and my hair started falling out after one use. I had to go back to the store and get a different kind.
I don't know what you mean by 'eat something special'. There are pills for hair and nail growth, that supply protien and fat because that is what your hair is made of. Or if you don't want to try pills, eat more foods with protein.

I'm more youthful than you and I lose hairs like that always. Your hair is made from lifeless cells, and the autumn out commonly. Just since a few fall out daily does not imply you're going bald. So, I might say what you're going via is flawlessly average.

Hairloss is normal if you're a man. On women, it does happen, but not often. Over styling your hair is usually the cause. Using too many colors, bleaching, using the hairblower, etc.

Just like men, women have options so they don't need to live with bald heads.

You might want to visit your doctor and discuss some of those options with him/her.

No,but sounds like some deep conditioning wouldn't hurt it either. I'm assuming since you put grease in it,that you are afro-american? Either way,go out and buy a product called Infusium 23,it will say "leave in treatment" After you wash your hair, put it in,and leave it in. With consistant usage, you're hair will be better in no time. In the meantime, quit using different colors on it,let it heal.

Too many chemicals. Don't abuse your hair. Or it even could be stress babez. Chill out and relax. And maybe the little bit that comes out are the ones that normally come out every day. The ones that are supposed to fall out may be the ones that are coming out when ur pulling is what I mean.
