ok so theres this guy and im only in the 7th grade so its kinda wierd tLKION TO HM cuz hes always but his friends but i cant tell if he likes me cuz he usually smiles and looks aaway and thts all and of corse i lik him but lik is tht a sign tht he lik me or something else lilk i just want to be friends can u help

well usually when a person looks at you and then smiles and turns away they do like you but are to shy to say anything.
but you are to young to be worrying about that sort of stuff. you can become friends with him and then go from there. the next time he smiles at you . do the same. say hi to him when he least expects it. he will come around if he really likes you. good luck.

He might just be smiling to be friendly.
I know talking to guys can be awkward.
I have a 12 year old sister and I've been 12 lol
It's better for you to just like him and not take it farther than that right now.
Wait until you are 15-16 to actually date- smart!

He may like you too, but he's just shy & doesn't know how to approach you & he surely isn't going to as long as his friends are around. Try & strike up a conversation with him when you're on your way to class or something & keep things light & short. Make him look forward to speaking with you again.

If he goes to you and admits that he has feelings for you, just tell him that you aren't ready to date right now(even if you are! this way he doesnt get hurt as bad)!
