Harrison sounds nothing like hamster. I know this lady with the last name Armont and kids use to call her Mrs. Armpit, it's just kids being mean and cruel. When my brother was in school his friends use to call him Bone r because he was real skinny.( it wouldn't let me type out the name) It wasn't meant to mean anything nasty either. LOL

are you serious?
your son's "friends" must think he is a loser. teach him to stand up for himself. otherwise he'll grow up to be a loser b/c he's been **** on all his life.
but to answer your question, because Hamster and Harrison begin with Ha.

It is just a kid thing you will never know. When my son was young they called him Bam and it has nothing to do with his name.

Teenage boys are weird. When my brother was a kid they called him Cunnigham, it had absolutely nothing to do with his name. He has a friend called cheese. It's a boy thing.
