I talked, I mean really to my female co-worker for the first time in the 3 months I have woekd there. We are both Courtesy Clerks. I told her that I have been here in Hawaii since New Years Eve. I asked her how long she has worked there she said 8 months & I told her it's beenm three months for me, then she goes "I remeber see you at the grand re-opening'. We work at Safeway & the grand re-opening was back in January, when I was first here. She was the only one to say that to me. Do you think something will happen between us, like becoming a couple. I am on my day off & I went in to pick up my schedule & I knew exactly when her lunch was, because her schedule is the same each week. I mean the same hours, just diffent days off. I just happened to have lunch with her & that was when we talked. But when we weren't talking I would always look at her in the face, in the eyes & evrytime she caught me looking at her I would quickly look away. Should I do something? She is 19 & I am 25.

Start off as friends and then ask her out...make eye contact with her...then see what happens...just ask her out...don't ask her anything else...you need to take her out on a date...she is georgous...tell her...get it out...you need to tell her. Thats all you need to do...just ask her out...you need to see her reaction...maybe you two will be come a couple in the future...i don't know...i can't tell from this point in time...if she likes you looking at her...she does...if she is checkin you out maybe you will have a chance will her...but who knows what will happen in the future.

You should ask her out! And you should let her see you look at her. Hold eye contact for about two seconds, no more than that. I can't say anything about what will happen to you two in the future, because it all depends on if she likes you. The fact that she remembered you from the grand re-opening is a good sign, but not compelling evidence that she likes you. By all means, do not ask her if she likes you. Just ask her out, and see how she reacts. If she likes you she will accept or make a suggestion for another time or something. Good luck!
