im guessing that your gall bladder was impacted and expanded that it would require 2 surgeries to totally remove it. i had surgery 10 years ago and a portion of my instine was taken out along with the gall bladder. i pray for you

First off, it is the gallbladder.

Second, did they give you a colostomy? This is a bag that your bowels empty into.

Your gallbladder is an organ located in your intestinal tract. Sometimes it will fill up with sludge or stones.

I've never heard of someone having to have only part of it removed or having to get it off of other organs.

My brother went through the same thing a few years ago. He is fine now, but was in pain from the surgery for a few weeks.
