I would call the police because people who abuse animals are just getting started. Research has proven that people who abuse animals often move onto humans.

first get this clear (this is for the person who said they would kick the dog too cats are horrible compared to dogs!!!!) now the person i saw last has a point if the dog was attacking him then fine now if not so though i would check on the dog and kick the crap out of that guy and see how he would like it! a game of puppy soccar what has the world come too :(

Kicking a dog in my presence would not present a very nice scene. Beyond chastising a person for kicking a little, small, big, large or huge dog would get me on their *** like a Pit Bull.

first, drop a $20 bill on the ground and wait for him to bend over to pick it up! and kick his head like a football on super bowl sunday!!!, then grab the lil doggie and make sure it was ok and if it was his dog I would keep the poor thing. in the mean time put sugar in his gas tank.

What was the dog doing? if the dog was attacking him it was cuased. But if it is 4 no reason then call the SPCA . they help abused animal. and don't kick the guy.

I would call him a jerk and try to halt down a police officer or if there was a witness get him reported for animal abuse! I hope my temper wouldn`t get riled up hard telling what I would do as I am a animal lover....
