Two 16 year olds the male of one month older then the female. Were having sex while dating for the next two years. The male turns 18 while the girl is lacking 1 month being of age. She is going to have a baby so they want to get married but her family do not allow it. After she turned 18 they finally do get married. Would he still be a a child molester?

Don't feed me the god stuff because I'm not intrested what your god thinks. I just want to know what the feelings are on this If people feel the one month age dif should be used just to intrap the older of the two.

Keep in mind it is just a question nothing more. I am 48 years old and my daughter is 30. So was just a passing thought because of all the crap you see on tv where teachers go to jail for years and then they marry the person they went to jail over. Sure seems the same thing to me but I guess not.

Don't know much about laws regarding sexual relations between juveniles and adults do you?

The law requires a time of age difference between the adult and juvenile. This time difference varies from state to state in my state its four years. Therefore in your scenario the adult would have to be at least 22 before Law Enforcement would even consider prosecution for Statutory Rape.

Also, most states have an age limit for definition purposes for classifying a suspect as a "Child Molester". In my state the age of the victim must be under fourteen and still there would be the requirement of the four year age difference.

Your scenario is flawed and ridiculous. The only thing the parents of the girl could hope to accomplish is putting the wedding off for a month ...and again this depends on your individual state as some states allow marriage without parental consent as young as sixteen.

I personally dont think that he will be a child molester. The age is too close together. I am sure that if the parents wanted to make a big deal out of it and get someone in trouble it could happen but I wouldn't worry about it. A month difference in age should not matter. Hope this helps!

it relies upon, frequently on your states rules... my sister grew to become into raped in Arizona (the place we are from) he admitted to having intercourse along with her yet claimed it grew to become into consensual... for the reason that my sister ought to not instruct it grew to become into rape they could in basic terms attempt him for statuary rape because of fact she grew to become into below the age of consent... he claimed he did not understand her age and theory she grew to become into over 18 so the full trial grew to become into approximately no remember if or not he knew her age. (by ability of how, he grew to become into got here upon accountable reason the dumb *** has universal my family for the reason that we've been little ones and grew to become into friends with our mom and dad and knew while my sisters birthday grew to become into so he grew to become into nicely pronounced approximately her age) My factor is, if the guy actually does not understand your age and has no way of understanding your age then it is accessible he won't get in any difficulty... regardless of if, it is the adults accountability to attempt each and everything they are able to to verify of their companions age.
