How hard is it to get hired on with a plastic surgeon?

I just got through with RN school and want to work for a plastic surgeon. Is it hard to get hired on with no experience?

Hard. IF you can find a plastic surgeon with a private practice who hires nurses, chances are he will not hire one without actual experience. You also need to be aware that many doctors no longer hire nurses but hire medical assistants/nurses aides instead because they are cheaper (get paid lower salaries).
