I cannot tell if this one guy likes me. A friend of mine says if he really does, he would've asked me out on a date or called me.
So, if a guy really digs you will he always call or ask me out or should I look for other signs of interest?

if hes shy he probably wont ask or call but you can tell from body language

Some guys are so shy and the fear of rejection(something we don't handle well) is so strong that we don't make the first move for that reason. Have friends set something up so you will be around each other and take the pressure off. He will be more receptive to a casual conversation than to a cold call.

Read the book, "He's Just Not That Into You." Solves a lot of problems and helps you get through the mind games.
