after pulling vacuum for 3hrs I charged the system to specs...46oz of 134a...I have rear AC, Running engine at 1500 rps the suction side has 38lbs and the high side is at 325Lbs pressure with outside air temp at 90 degreese. I freeze the TXV and it does drop to 10lbs and climbs back to 38lbs when it thaws out. My question is.....do I have a faulty TXV or a faulty AC Compressor. does anyone have some in put. thanks jjc49mc

Your high side pressure is to high sounds like your orfic tube is stoped up or the condessor is not cooling for one resone or the other such as cooling fans not coming on or dirt and bugs stoping it up or bent fins . Try sticking a piece of paer on the condesor if it falls off the condensor needs cleaned .

Its probably too much refrigerant, let a bit out till you just start to see bubbles in the sight glass then see what your pressures are.You might have to a add a little back till the bubbles just clear.
