Sinus and allergy problems can be a real contributor to bad breath. If you are stuffed up and breathing through your mouth and then take antihistamines you can get killer breath. If this is your problem, then make sure to drink lots of fluids, brush frequently, and seek a doctors help to treat allergy problems or a sinus infection.
These kinds of problems are common yet embarrassing. If you do not have allergy or sinus problems then seek the help of a dentist - you may have an abscess and need a root canal.

Do you brush your tongue? Try brushing your tongue and cheeks. Bacteria can build up there and cause bad breath. Try increasing water intake. If your mouth becomes dry, it can cause bad breath. There are also those little breath strips and breath mints you can pop into your mouth to help ward off bad breath between brushings.

what i did with the same problem was brush my teeth with baking soda and gargled with it too. It definitely helped. You also might want to see a dentist. Just a suggestion.

Brush frequently, use mints and mouthwash. They also might be able to give you a prescription toothpaste that cleans around the braces. Just floss and take good care of them like you normally would.
