Nerves. But then, it ain't all that uncommon for people who have a fear of flying to get upset stomachs. That is called a psycho-somatic disorder, or, in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association, a Somataform disorder. It's a big word that simply means you or your body focus your nervous disorders in your stomach, and you'll show that in a variety of ways in your stomach. Some people begin sweating, some begin breaking out in the face, some people's back starts hurting them, some people's menstrual cycle is upset, and the list goes on. And some people do more than one. So, it's your body's way of your feeling nervous. Don't worry about it, unless it becomes more than you want, and then you can go to a therapist, which I am a retired one, or a physician to get some meds. I'd trust psychotherapy (aka: counseling) long before I'd be playing with the appropriate drugs for that problem. You'll do fine, or you'll drive instead. God Bless you.
