So I went on this double date last night and I am trying to tell if this girl was flirting with me. She hed my arm about 3 times and was constantly laughing at my jokes. My friend also told me he saw her staring at me when I was looking at something else. She also kept telling me to try her drink...what do you think?

we emailed each other today and i thanked her for a good night, and in the email she made mention the next time we go out, so sounds like she wants to see me again

Well u are right on one thing, she was definitely flirting. Now girls flirt for different reasons though so be aware. She might be flirting cuz she likes you, or thinks ur hot---but beware girls also flirt eventhough they dont even really like you...or even if they have a boyfriend and i know all u out there have seen those types. So before making a move and looking like an ***, go out with her again and see what she does. Drinking can also be a big influence on how people act as well so go to a place with her sober and see how she acts. If she does the same thing then go for it, ask her out.

Yes she was. I had a date in college with a guy and i really really liked his friend. I tried everything to let him know. Touching him, laughing at his jokes, flipping my hair, I even ask the guy I was out with to give him a ride home. Neither one of them caught on. Do your self a favor make sure she knows if you are interested. I never saw that guy again and I really had a connection with him. And sadly when I saw the guy I went out with 3 years later, he told me that his friend wanted to ask me out but never did because he thought I would say no. Stupid and a waste. LET HER KNOW!

Man, you need to get with the program! Those are very good signs of flirting, especially when she touched your arm and asked you to try her drink. I don't think the touchy-feely ones would ask you to try her drink, so you needn't worry about that. Good luck!
