ive liked thise women for bout a year now and im just now getting to the point were i think she likes me back how do i get around to asking her out

just flirt and act sweet. then when ur sure she likes u, just confront her and say will u go out wit me, or if ur too embarressed have a friend do it 4 u. i like it better when a boy does it in person, it seems nicer and showa that they r'nt embarressed. i dont like it when they do it over the phone or email, unless there's no way of seeing her.
