Just adjust what you normally eat to cut down on fat! You can usually buy most things on your shopping list in a lower fat variety! Also, eat lots of veg, which are cheaper than meat anyway, and cut out sweet snacks! Always eat a good breakfast and try to walk or do other excercise! Good luck!! ( I managed 3 stones in a year}.

Atkins. Went on it 1 year ago and lost 28 pounds. Kept it off by following the maintenance routine. Atkins actually will save you money because you will stop buying all that high carb sweet stuff.
