I don't think as men we have to sit to do our needs, we just need to be more careful when using the bathroom. What I have done in my house is I contracted a building group to get me a more comfortable bathroom for my house.
Now visitors don't make a "mess" and it's cleaner :)

He shouldn't have to sit down. Either become a better shot or clean up your own mess with the Lysol handy wipes, because they're easy to use and you can just throw them away.

They should at least have the decency to clean up there mess, or hey this isn't to hard how about lifting the seat?? is it that hard to aim in the toilet?

I don't care which he does as long as he will clean up after himself. Preferably with bleach each time. Its way too easy to catch germs.

leave some Cheerios in the bathroom, so he can toss them in and have something to aim at. If he gets bored with that, try Fruit Loops.
