I like dis boy in my neighborhood n he hardly cums out . i seen him dis one time n we had connection like we was meant to be but i don't hardly see him i see his parents and his sister but not him and i like him alot.

I like a guy from the next building but i could hardly see him once or twice a month and sometimes never ....
Look i think this is your solution, go to him when u will first see him, and tell him simply Hey, if he is interested in you then he will tell you something and you can strat a conversation if he is not simply forget him
I did the same and i am with my bf allmost year together and we are doing fine :))

Hi. This always happends to me. But i just say ok...& try everything to get him out..but then again all my retarted plans back fire & then the guy goes out with the one person i have go up 2 his door or something like that...but use a guy...not a girl

Well maybe u can ask his sister what ways you should approach him and wat he likes in a girl...or if you really felt a connection and you think he felt it to then you should either go up to him or allow him to come to you....and if its really meant like you believe it is then it will happen either way
