how do i save my instand messages after i am done?

when I am done talking, why can't I copy & paste it. I use to be able to, but now it's not working

Have you try to use the short cut by press control-c for copy, and control-v for paste?

If it doesn't work, try to restart your computer. If it still doesn't work, try to re-install your IM.

make sure your message archieves didn't get turned off by accident.
