If you can't uninstall when in safe mode, reinstall the program, restart the computer and then use either the uninstall feature that comes with it, if it does, or use Add/Remove again...
If that doesn't do it, you will have to manually do it by removing the registry entries and the program files and the shortcuts......

you have adware installed
go to micro trend website and get a trial run of the program to get adware off. worked for me
you may also have to go into the registry with the help of norton website to remove the adware.
make sure the POP UPS are blocking too.

Download ad-aware it is one of the best removers for things like that. If not go to your windows catalog and go to securitys and find something from there to remove it Good luck

Start it up in safe mode. The silly things have already taken over when you start up normally (Strike F8 like a famished cobra while booting, it will get you to the safe mode menu)
