Don't worry, you would have to have sex with her more than just once a week to catch it.....

OK, I think I understand your question. You sound a bit anxious right now so I will try to answer it the best that I can. First of all you do not catch "crazy" or I should say a mental illness or form of behavior that is not healthy. However, generally speaking, any kind of mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, sociopath, borderline personality, obsessive compulsive disorder, anorexia, hypersomnia, etc. can be passed down to the next kin, or in other words, to the children of the inflicted persons. However, in many cases in this day and age, most illnesses can be treated, so don't worry. I suggest you see a specialist such as a psychiatrist right away if you are worried or anxious in any way at all about this however. Good luck.

depends on what your mother is diagnosed with is she bi polar or have schizophrenia? these are treatable conditions if you stay on the meds. Is your mom perhaps going thru menopause? this can cause alot of problems. how old is your mother? some things are inherited but not all. ask her doctor exactly what is wrong with her and how you kids can help her heal.how was she acting when they came and got her and has this happened alot? perhaps she was not taking the medicine like the doctor told her to do. by the way How old are you? you seem very young and naeive

Depends on what her condition is? There are many mental conditions which are passed on genetically. I had to live with one for a few years, she had 6 kids with only one of them being "normal." This particular one was caused by incest.
