My sister is dating this boy named Kenneth and they keep beaking up. They argue all the time, they don't trust each other... their getting on my nerves. She'll walk around the house on the phone with him argueing and she'll have him on speakerphone. I hear both ends of the conversation and all I wanna do I crawl into my little corner and tune everything out. I've told her over and over again that they don't need to be together and if they were going to fight, do it away from me, that I didn't wanna hear it. She'll always try to drag me in and get me to take her side and I'll say "I don't want **** to do with it". All this drama is stressing me out and they wake me up at night from the yelling and my parents have tried talking to her and telling her to calm down and let me sleep... she doesn't listen. What can I do?

if she and her bf keep going, they r probably better off as friends. they shoulnt argue so much. thats a relationship signal. tell her they should break up or stop arguing. show her how much chaos she is causing.

Tell your parents to take the darn phone away and do away with some of her privileges. Ask your parents act like parents and put and end to that crap. Are you old enough to move out? You sister is in a destructive relationship and you r parents need to take a stand!

Move Out With Your Boyfriend

WELL, AS A OLDER SISTER MYSELF I CAN RELATE TO THIS--IT SUPRISES ME THAT YOUR PARENTS HAVEN'T INTERVEINED MORE--BY NOT LETTING HIM CALL,OR NOT LETTING HER SEE HIM OR SOMETHING. IT SOUNDS LIKE AN EXTREMELY NEGATIVE RELATIONSHIP. THE ONLY THING I CAN SUGGEST IS START TAKING HIS SIDE AND SEE IF THAT WON'T GET HER TO STOP COMING TO YOU WITH THE PIDDLY SQUABBLES, HOPEFULLY SHE'LL ONLY COME TO YOU WITH MORE SERIOUS ISSUES THOUGH. MAYBE START TELLING HER "I DON'T KNOW-THAT'S WIERD" KINDA STUFF, SHE MIGHT GET ANNOYED WITH HOW LITTLE HELP YOUR DUMB ADVICE WOULD BE AND NOT COME TO YOU, KINDA PLAY DUMB A LITTLE FOR SOME PEACE OF MIND. GOOD LUCK--THERE'S ALWAYS HEADPHONES THOUGH IF THIS DOESN'T WORK OR LOCK YOUR BEDROOM DOOR TOO.

Try talking to your parents about the situation. Maybe they can talk to your sister for you.
