You should always look her in the eyes. It shows you have confidence for one. Also, most people find eyes to be very attractive. If you are not looking into hers, how can she look into yours? Occasionally glancing makes you look nervous and insecure.

Just give her a smile when you both happen to look at each other. Trust me, if a guy suddenly smiled at me, my heart would flutter, and most girls are like that.
Really, though, just tell her that you like her, or try to become as good as friends with her as you possibly can.

sure u can stare at her but not in a pysco way.when u stare at her smile in a way that u think that she would like but dont act stupid. smile , laugh ,and play around with her but not nasty like i hope i gave u good tips if u need any more tips just ask another question.
