my sister who is 2 years older was just in here on the computer in a chat room and i came in and signed her out and signed myself in and it wont let me use yahoo chat!! why??!! i am not blocked from it.

I don't think your account is blocked. It may be your computer cache your sister's information. So, try to clear the cache, by choose Tools-> internet options -> delete files and delete cookie. And restart your computer.
