They tried it once, but the zombies kept dripping ooze on the ballots. Nasty, soupy mess. So dead people are no longer allowed to vote.

But there's good news. They may be second class citizens, but they are well paid, as many of them work as extras in Hollywood horror films. ;-)

I'll pretend that this is a serious question. I have a good friend in Kazakhstan and have studied some of your politics as well. All that aside, One of the provisions of the 1st amendment is the people's right to redress government. Basic English the right to present their views and sometimes change laws. Once you die you no longer have any rights. Voting is a right guaranteed by law. Instead of wasting time here check out the Constitution of the US. All your answers are there

Because illegal immigrants are doing that job. Well, in the southwest anyway. In the northeast like New York and Philadelphia, dead people are still voting in some sections of the city.

Becouse they no longer are a citizan on the nation, and so arn't represented by goverment, so can't vote for the officals who represent the nation. Also, they physicaly can't vote.

Russa, like Chicago and the US is currupt and politics, so the dead do vote, in the form of ballet box stuffers and goverment flunkies who rig elections.

Sure they are. We have dead people and convicts imprisoned hundreds of miles away voting here and there when the issue is tight and the democrats need an edge. It happens all the time.

Dead people are allowed to vote in your country? How do they do it? Does someone do it for them? Corpses are 1st and 2nd class I guess. 2nd class is just after you die.

just before our elections (some parts U.S.) you will see Democrats talking to illegals and at cemeteries, and homeless (Madison Wis.) taking names so can register voters. Don't believe on woman is Los Angeles running for office told illegals to support and vote for her. Thats the main reason they (Dems) are not in favor of a postive ID check to vote/register.
