I have experience on guys who buy me drinks and ask me out in the pubs, and disco. Sometimes, I will go out with someone who are special, confident and nice.

I think you should be more confident in yourself. You should have a good line to start a conversation or be nice and polite to buy girl drinks. After a good conversation, then you can ask her out if she have a good feeling on you. That would be a good start for you.
