How do you scan files for viruses before downloading them on limewire.?

You get a GOOD anti-virus program, and it will do it for you, else download the file, but do not open it, right click on it, and scan!

You can't, you have to download the file first, then left click on it and choose the option 'scan for viruses'.

All you have to do is rt. click on the song and scan the song.
