You could always neuter him unless you want to take care of puppies.

Letting your dog mate will not calm him down, it will make it WORSE. And like everyone said, we don't need more puppies. Get him neutered ASAP and he'll calm down dramatically. Also, make sure he's getting enough exercise. Dalmations were bred as working dogs, and if he's not getting to run in a big park or go for 30minute or more walks everyday, he's not getting enough!

That's unlukly to help wih him going wild & may make him worse not to mention 10 more wild dalmation puppies. Obedience class WILL help and neutering will too.
