Well, hear him out. He may need to tell you something serious (if you are intimate with him, there is always a risk). If he is breaking up with you, let him. In fact, make it easier than he would expect, that's a great way to keep your class and be more of a lady than he deserves.
And, it might be something completely unrelated!
Don't be scared--you are a complete person, with or without him. If he's the wrong guy., let him get out of the way so he doesn't block the view of the right guy!

I know you're scared but, the fact is, since none of us here are mind-readers, no one can really say what this boy is going to "talk" to you about... so, you'll just have to see. It could be anything. And you don't state the nature of your relationship (dating, friends, classmate, etc.) to know where to even begin.
Just take a few deep breaths, try to distract yourself with other things until you talk with him, and then just deal with it when it comes.

There is something very important that he must tell you. It could mean that he wants a break up, a cool off.. or maybe, his family migrating. Don't be scared. That's life. Win some. Lose some.

maybe want to break up.. but it might be a talk about trying to see if youre serious about something, like your relationship, and turn into a good thing.
either way its something that needs resolved so better to get it over with than be scared of having the talk with him.
