I tried using a onsie on her to keep her diaper on while she slept, and it worked for a while until last night. She over came that obstacle. I was very shocked to see her all wet in her onsie with out a diaper on. Anyone have kind of advice on potty training? Or any advice period. I welcome all serious advice, No JOKES!!!

I have five children and I have used more than one method for my kids. Putting the diaper on backwards, usually doesn't fool them for long. Putting duct tape all the way around the top, tape one end over the other so they can't pull it off. Safety pin the diaper, we ended up with torn diapers. Safety pin the pajamas or clothes, placement of the pins is key or they can still slip out of it all. My kids were all pretty close to potty training when they started this so it didn't last too long. Hopefully the same will be true for you. Good luck!

Try a onsie with another outfit over it and pinned with a diaper pin in the back. Or pin the onsie by the snaps.

Potty training needs to be child driven, which means it needs to be her idea.

I ended up using overalls for almost a month until my son moved onto something else to 'entertain' him in his crib. Summertime is an excellent time to potty train. I let my kids run around naked and they could see what was happening and make the connection between the feeling of having to go and actually going. Good Luck!

How old is you her. Sometime kids take off their diaper for a reason. Their real for the potty. Set her on the potty aleast three times a day. And make sure that she use it. Do something to make her feel happy after she did it. Chipp or cheer. It make her feel comfort to go back again and again.

I used to pin (special diaper pins) my daughter into her pajamas so that she couldn't get her pajamas off and therefore couldn't get her diaper off.
