Assuming you want music for ringtones, if you have a Motorola phone, then Motorola sells software that can transfer music to their cell phones. If not, then just seacrch on download.com for ringtone software.

you have to visit your cellphone manufacturer website.
for example if u used Nokia cell phone go to nokia.com and download "Nokia PC Suit" software.
at first make sure your phone has a suite device for download.USB cable,serial cable or blue-tooth future.
