I'm 14 and i was just wondering if I could get arrested for drinking non-alchoholic beer or if you can get arrested for having non-alchoholic beer in your car I was just wondering.

I doubt it... if its non-alchoholic, then it is not illegal for you to purchase or have it...

No, but if it looks like a real beer you could get stopped until you can prove it is non-alcoholic. So dont pour real beer into a fake beer bottle and think that will fool anyone.

No, even though this is considered a malt beverage that contains a VERY small amount of alcohol, it is perfectly legal for a minor to purchase and consume such items. I'll give you a heads up warning, schools my not take too kindly to you drinking it on school property. A local boy in my community purchased said beverage from the retailer I work for and while it was legal for us to sell it to him and it was legal for him to drink it the school suspended him. Just an FYI :)

Yes. Near beer has alcohol. About half that of regluar beer (4% by volume). And in my state, you don't have to be intoxicated to get pulled over for impaired driving.

Yes you can.
Even "non alcoholic" beverages have actual traces of alcohol. Look on the back of the bottle/can/case and you will see that each serving consists of %1-%2 alcohol.

most non alcoholic is .05 alcoholic in most beer so it may be possible to be arrested.

the trick 2 it is they will have 2 prove that it is non alcoholic
