Possibly. Would have to depend on your environment. If you were raised in a home that no one cussed then you won't cuss as a child. But if like for whatever reason the area you grow up in is like pleasantville or something, you will definitely not cuss til you leave out of that environment and hear those words for the first time.

yes, lots of people never curse at all. You have to make a choice to start using curse words, and you can choose not to use them.
