I say a 14 year old shouldnt go more then 5 blocks from home with out an adult 2 blocks in the city.

anything more than kissing is way to far but if you do go past " third base" then be smart and use condoms and if possible get on birth control and use condoms......just be safe and smart teen parenting isn't easy.....std's aren't fun either.

as long as u know the risk of STD's and birthcontrol n how not to get pg and all the baggage emotionally n all then do what ever u want but make sure to use trojan condoms always
