You've been watching too many horror movies. If they seal you in a casket and bury you, there won't be any flies or maggots.
I won't be donating my body to science. I know for a fact that there are some sickos out there that are into having sex with the dead. If that ever happened, I swear I'm coming back from the dead and bite his head off.

ahem. you definitely rot to some extent, even if they mummify you.but...it's gross i tell you, not that you'll get much maggots and flies unless you're left to rot in the sun . whats so cool bout that anyway..

Your body absolutely does rot unless it is cremated or preserved. Anyway, I'm going to give mine to science, and so they will preserve it and all the little pre-meds will cut into me.
